Strength Programming (3 Days/Week)
Thoughtfully designed, progressive strength workouts built around your goals, equipment, and schedule. You’ll train smart — not random — with workouts that help you feel stronger, more capable, and more connected to your body.
Delivered in the Superset App
Your program lives inside Superset, a clean, easy-to-use platform that keeps everything in one place — workouts, demo videos, progress tracking, and feedback. Just open the app and move — no guesswork, no confusion.
Direct Access to Your Coach (Mon–Fri)
You’ll have direct access to a NASM certified personal trainer in the app, Monday through Friday, for check-ins, form questions, and support. Whether you need a pep talk or a quick form check, I’m right there with you.
Weekly Review + Goal Setting
Every week, we’ll reflect on what’s working, set small, intentional goals, and make sure your program keeps moving in the right direction. Real progress comes from consistency — and we’ll build that together.

Hey there! I'm Kate!
I’m a coach, movement educator, and believer in building strength that supports your real life — not just your workouts.
I’ve spent years in the fitness space, from coaching in studios to leading group programs, and one thing has always stayed the same: my passion for helping people move with confidence and consistency. What I’ve learned along the way is that strength is about so much more than the physical. It’s about showing up — for yourself, your body, and your community — even when it’s messy or hard or imperfect.
That’s what my coaching is built on: intentional movement, realistic structure, and human connection.
My goal is to help you build a relationship with movement that feels like freedom — not punishment. To meet you where you are, give you structure and accountability, and remind you that you’re capable of more than you think.
This isn’t about being the fittest in the room — it’s about feeling grounded, strong, and proud of how you show up.
